My Story.

My name is Max. 27 years old. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve been training calisthenics for 11 years. My initial roots into fitness stemmed from breakdancing at a young age. At 7 years old being fascinated with body manipulation and inversions has unknowingly paved the way for my current training style. Being self taught, I try to show people that you don’t need a gymnastics background in order to achieve certain movements or skills. Application of self, consistency, persistence, obsession and visualizing yourself at a certain level is what will grant you your success.

Working full time as a union plumber, my training sessions would primarily take place in the early a.m. Being laser focused on what my goals were fueled my obsession regardless of the work schedule. Even using certain apparatuses at work, such as tools and scaffolding, there were no excuses to missing a workout. When you apply yourself genuinely to any goal or task there is nothing that can’t be achieved.

Today I use my experiences and knowledge of training to teach others how to explore their own potentials and unlock who they envision of themselves. Fitness does not only come in the form of physical development, but overall a better quality of life and self.
